General

To reset password, users(Healthcare Professionals and Hosts) can click on the sign in option on the top-right side of the web page. Click on "Lost your password?" link below the sign in fields. Next, users will need to add their registered email and a password reset link will be sent to the users via email.

At the time of booking, Healthcare Professionals may opt to save their payment details securely on the website. This allows users to easily pay for the next booking without the need to add card details again.


To check saved card details or add new payment method or delete existing payment methods, users can go to Dashboard> Payment Methods. Alternately, logged in users can also click this link to directly visit the page https://www.blackbirdnests.com/my-account/payment-methods/

Nope. By creating one account you will have the ability to book listings as well as host your place while you are away. To switch between accounts, go to dashboard and you will find "switch.." in the top right corner 

For Hosts

To update availability dates, hosts can go to Dashboard> Listings. All listings added by the host will appear. Click on the calendar icon for listing that you would like to update.

A pop-up with booking calendar appears where hosts can click on any date to make it unavailable or available.

To update existing listing, host can go to Dashboard> Listings. All listings added by the host will appear. Click on pencil icon for listing that you would like to edit.

A pop-up will appear where host can update any listing information.

Hosts can add picture while submitting the listings on the platform. There is an option where host can upload images. 

This is a required option and host need to upload atleast 1 image to proceed further. To add more images after publishing the listing, follow steps on how to update existing listing.

Hosts can request for payout from their dashboard or email to info@blackbirdnests.com

As a healthcare professional and student there are no fees.

As a host, there is a Nest fee. Once the healthcare professional books your Nest, it will automatically issue the Nest fee which will be deducted from your listing price and will be displayed in your personal Nest dashboard under the payout tab. The Nest fee is 9% which helps us operate our platform and offer customer support for your bookings.

Yes. All your listings can be managed in your personalized Nest dashboard

Account and Data Deletion Information

If at any time you wish to have your account and data deleted from Blackbird Nest, please follow these steps:
1. Email info@blackbirdnests.com with the subject line “Data Deletion – Username”
2. Blackbird Nest team will review your request and will respond to your email to confirm the deletion of your data within about a week
