You must submit the following documentation:

1. A completed rental application

2. A copy of an ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID or Passport)

3. Last two recent paystubs, if there is more than one(1) employment must submit two (2) from each

4. Last two most recent bank statements, the complete/full statements must be submitted

5. Proof of rent payment for the past 6 months

6. Credit check nonrefundable fee - $75 per applicant. You may pay credit check fee online at https://www.cagan.com/custompage.aspx?sectionid=1156973. Do forward a payment confirmation should you decide to pay online.

7. Once approved, a non-refundable move in fee of $400 is required upon lease signing
